The use of your blog as a travel journal has encouraged some of us in my family to look into setting up our own specifically for that purpose. http://www.travelblog.org seems to be a good one.

Regarding oselvars: Do some stay on moorings or are they usually pulled ashore after use? I'm curious about the white bottom paint and whether it is an anti-fouling type.

P.S. Sunday is my father-in-law's 90th birthday. My daughter and her SO brought mead for all to drink during the celebration. That joke about 'always' being eating as part of a historical reenactment will be incorporated into a toast I'm fiddling with.
